A little about Shelly…
Finding Your Light is about helping others to recover their inner light and guidance. Life is challenging and at times we can feel lost, confused about where to begin. Finding Your Light offers resources to help you navigate those challenges by providing energy healing sessions for you and your home, a podcast-Healers with Humor and a book-Finding Your Light The Six Healing Paths to let you explore healing after those challenges in a way that feels safe and comfortable to you. Finding the right people and resources helped me find ways to begin healing, discover who I am and what I wanted to do moving forward. I'd love to help you find your light again.

Shelly's intuitive reiki and energy healing have been a lifeline for me, working with me twice in a short time frame. The first instance was during a persistent side pain that was relentless for me throughout the summer. Shelly's energy healing dove deep, dissolving layers of stagnant and ancient energy that had been the source of my agony.
More recently, I encountered a medical emergency when I was diagnosed with a 9mm kidney stone, a condition that typically necessitates surgery due to its size. Using intuitive Reiki, Shelly and I worked on visualizations, willing the stone to shrink sufficiently to pass through the narrow passage. Through remote sessions conducted over two consecutive days, Shelly worked with me to help the stone pass around 2am on the third day.
As fate would have it, at 2am, I was working with my spiritual team, experiencing a bowel movement that required significant effort due to the constipation induced by pain medication. However, this time was different—I felt a little better, and I had a level of function that I hadn't had for a few days.
