A little about Ann Marie...
I am an LMFT with over 30 years experience. My passion is to help people at various stages of life and in various transitions live the best life they can! I am compassionate , empathetic, experienced, and even funny when needed! I have been on our local radio WTIC Newstalk 1080 providing mental wellness segments on various topics; I host several events each year speaking on various parenting topics and mental wellness topics; I am a parent of 4 adult children, and a grandparent. My combined life experiences, such as caregiver stress to elders and more, along with my many years of professional experience in various settings, makes me a great candidate to help people navigate the challenges of life.
I meet my clients where they are at, as each of us in on our own journey! There is no one size fits all for therapy, and I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to determine what they want to work on in order to live their best lives, and help they and their families be the healthiest they can be!
