Hi there, I'm Andrea! I am license clinical social worker (LCSW) and EMDR certified (EMDR-C) clinician based in NY. I think of therapy as a place where healing and growth can take root, even in the most difficult seasons of life. Many people I work with carry experiences that feel heavy—trauma, depression, anxiety, divorce, or the lasting impact of domestic violence/intimate partner abuse. I am here so you do not need to carry those alone. I specialize in working with individuals navigating various life transitions and hardships. I am here to support your unique goals, whether it is untangling self-doubt, building healthier coping skills, or rediscovering a sense of safety and empowerment in your own life.
