Joselyn began her career as an accounting clerk and steadily grew into roles that expanded her expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and operations. Known for her steady leadership under pressure, she guided the financial transition of a private company into a publicly traded organization—a high-stakes experience that now shapes the support she provides to small business owners. She earned her Master of Accounting with Summa Cum Laude honors and now shares that expertise as an Adjunct Instructor for her alma mater.
