Hi, there! Iām a divorced mom of two kids and a full-time Realtor. With a background in social services, and a lifetime of experience in the world of divorce, I understand and empathize with the many transitions that occur during the process. Thatās why my business is client centered: my goal is to ensure the people who Iām working for are educated, advocated for, and taken care of from start to finish. Holly worked with us for well over a year to prepare our 200-year-old house for sale, and man did following her advice pay off! With her help, we sold our home for top dollar, and we found the perfect new home for my large family-of-6 in the district we wanted...and in our budget! She gave me advice on how to effectively declutter, what projects to take on (and what which ones we should skip) she patiently listened to all of my anxious concerns, and gave me empathetic yet very honest answers and, even though everything went according to our plan, I truly felt like she had prepared us for any possible outcome. There's no way we would not have been able to make this move so smoothly without Holly's help and expertise. Trustworthy and diligent, Holly is seriously fantastic to work with. 10/5 stars.
