A little about Hope...
Hope Lutz Firsel is a divorce and life transition coach who supports individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging transitions with resilience, clarity, and compassion. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience overcoming infertility, cancer, and divorce after an 18-year marriage, Hope creates a safe and empowering space to heal, rebuild confidence, and move forward with intention.
With a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from The London School of Economics, a life coach through iPEC Coaching, a CDS (Certified Divorce Specialist), training in Rapid Resolution Therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems), Hope collaborates closely with attorneys, financial professionals, and mental health experts to support clients through the emotional and practical realities of divorce and major life change.
Hope specializes in helping her clients regulate overwhelm, strengthen communication, navigate uncertainty, and reconnect with their authentic selves so they can create lives rooted in self-worth, stability, and possibility. Her work is grounded in empathy, strategy, and the belief that even after profound loss, fresh starts are possible.
