Hello, I'm Jennifer. I specialize in working with individuals who are moving through life transitions, addressing the echoes of trauma and nervous system dysregulation, or seeking healing in the wake of painful relational dynamics. I offer counseling, hypnotherapy, cellular release therapy, and somatic experiencing services to support you in breaking free from painful patterns so that you can live in alignment with your authentic purpose.
