A little about Meriel...
The Pattern Project brings a different kind of expertise to divorce: clinical training from critical care nursing, strategic experience from two decades in global healthcare, and lived experience of a prolonged high-conflict divorce. Founder Meriel Sanchez-Cordero, a certified divorce coach, helps clients see the patterns driving their conflict and their legal process, so they can move through it with foresight, strategy, and confidence instead of fear.
I'm currently developing the Integrated Recovery Pathway through Harvard Medical School's Global Healthcare Leaders Program - a person-centered framework for navigating divorce as the health and life transition it actually is, not just a legal event. It's built on research showing high-conflict divorce carries a measurable health burden, and on a simple observation from my own path: there's a gap in healthcare for people going through this.
