What to say to your friend who is feeling disconnected from their partner

These scripts should serve as a guide for tough, trying, and tremendous life moments.

We’re here to support you in supporting your people. We’re proud of you. And we’ve got you.

Here’s what to say when you don’t know what to say.

Feeling a disconnect is so rough, I'm so sorry you're experiencing that, it just feels terrible. It's a very confusing feeling to be in an uncomfortable place with the person you love, but I know you two can weather this and figure this out. You guys are strong and have been through a lot. Don't forget that connection and disconnection are cyclical. My advice would be to start simple and slow. Just try and enjoy a show or movie together, something low stakes to help get the connection ball rolling. It won't last forever. Text me if you want to brainstorm ideas. We got this.
