Becoming a mom can be a real mind-fuck, and I need you to know that your feelings are valid and real. I'm so proud of the way you're handling this huge life change and please remember that you are not alone, we're all here to support you in whatever you need. Taking on a new role in life can be really overwhelming, and you don't need to embrace it all at once, it can be a gradual process, and you will get there. You are capable, strong, and beautiful inside and out, and I'm so grateful you're in my life.
