The fees collected by us for your enrollment as a Fresh Starts Expert and/or Fresh Business Network Member may change at any time. Fees may be subject to tax, collected by us or a third party through which you transact, and are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described herein. We only accept credit cards and debit cards for payment of your fees; please do not sign up for the program with any other form of payment.

You understand that by enrolling as a Fresh Starts Expert you are making a commitment to remain a Fresh Start Expert, and provide related services, as follows: you will be billed on a monthly basis, first on the date of enrollment then with recurring automatic monthly payments thereafter, and you will be enrolled for a minimum of six (6) months. After the minimum period has elapsed (6 months), your payment method will be automatically charged for recurring payments on a monthly basis, unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to automatically renew your enrollment. In the absence of any such notice of cancelation, you understand your enrollment will automatically continue and you authorize us, or a third party through which you transact (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable fees and any taxes, using any credit card we have on record for you. If all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your fees, we may cancel your enrollment, unless you provide us with a new credit card. If you provide us with a new credit card and are successfully charged before your enrollment is cancelled, your new enrollment period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

If for some reason a cancellation is necessary within the initial 6 months you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your commitment.

You agree that you are responsible for the payment of enrollment for all minimum periods set forth herein, and that all fees paid by you (or any portions thereof) are non-refundable. Fresh Starts reserves the right to cancel your enrollment, at any time, in which case we will return back to you a pro-rated refund of your pre-paid fees (if any).
