A little about Mark…
Realtor with over 15 years of experience who started over while being on food stamps after a horrific divorce and job loss and now running a business that is about to eclipse $ One-Half Billion in lifetime team sales and over 750 transactions. Very sensitive to dealing with both parties when encountering a couple that is divorcing with my fiance being able to help me present a 2:2 business relationship to make it easier for both parties to be heard and given advice and with a corresponding positive track record with said individuals. In fact, they almost always come back to us to help them with their future real estate needs as result of the service we provided them.
I've even written a book for couples in need of real estate advice if divorcing. We have closed transactions in 51 different municipalities in the state but the majority of our business in in Essex, Union and Morris Counties.
