Affiliate Terms

This Affiliate Program Understanding ("Understanding") outlines the basic terms and conditions governing my participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") in the Fresh Starts Registry affiliate program ("Program").

1. Program Overview:

The Program allows me to promote and sell Fresh Starts Registry's products or services ("Products") through unique affiliate codes ("Affiliate Codes"). When a customer enters my Affiliate Code and completes a qualifying action (becomes a paying member of the Fresh Starts Community), I earn a commission ("Commission") as defined in the Program details.

2. My Responsibilities:

  • I will promote the Products in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

  • I will use the provided Affiliate Code and marketing materials as per the Program guidelines.

  • I will refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities, such as spamming, misleading advertising, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

3. Company Responsibilities:

  • Fresh Starts Registry will provide me with access to a unique Affiliate Code, and marketing materials.

  • Fresh Starts Registry will offer unique Affiliate Code Usage on request.

  • Fresh Starts Registry will process commissions accurately and pay them according to the Program's payment schedule and payout threshold.

  • Fresh Starts Registry will offer reasonable customer support and assistance regarding the Program.

  • Fresh Starts Registry is only able to track and pay commission when the Unique Code is entered, if a member signs up without using your Unique Affiliate Code we cannot pay out commission and hold no responsibility. If someone does forget to enter your code, please have them email us and we can arrange payment.

4. Commission Structure:

  • I will be compensated for qualified actions (conversion to (ie Payment of) membership in the Fresh Starts Community, Expert or Collective) generated through my Affiliate Code, as per the specified Commission Rate(s) outlined in the Program details.

  • The Commission Rate is paid out ONCE per member and is NOT a recurring monthly payment.

  • The Commission Rate may vary depending on the specific Product or promotion.

  • Commission will be paid out on the first Monday of the month or the next working days regarding the bank holiday schedule for the United States.

5. Additional Terms:

  • This Understanding is subject to the complete Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") which I have reviewed and agree to.

  • The Agreement outlines further details regarding prohibited activities, term and termination, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, sub-affiliation, performance incentives, and other relevant terms.

  • Both parties reserve the right to modify the Program terms with reasonable notice.

By participating in the Program, I acknowledge my understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Understanding and the complete Affiliate Program Agreement.
