Fresh Starts Podcast Network Membership Terms

By signing up for the Fresh Starts Podcast Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ownership of Content

    • You, the Podcaster, retain full ownership of your podcast content, including all intellectual property rights.

    • The Fresh Starts Podcast Network (hereinafter "the Network") does not claim any ownership over your content and will not modify or distribute it without your explicit permission.

  2. Representation of the Network

    • The views, opinions, and statements expressed in your podcast are your own and do not reflect those of the Network, its management, or its affiliates.

    • You may not present yourself as an official representative, employee, or spokesperson of the Network unless explicitly authorized in writing.

  3. No Guarantees

    • The Network does not guarantee specific outcomes, including audience growth, revenue generation, sponsorship opportunities, or any other measurable success.

    • The Network provides resources, exposure, and community connections, but ultimate success depends on your efforts, content quality, and external factors beyond the Network's control.

  4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    • Your podcast content must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, and privacy laws.

    • Content containing hate speech, explicit illegal activities, or material violating public decency standards will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Network.

  5. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Network from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your podcast content or activities associated with your podcast.

  6. Independent Partnership

    • Your participation in the Network is as an independent content creator.

    • No employer-employee or agency relationship is created between you and the Network by your participation.

  7. Fees and Term Commitment

    • Your membership fee is non-refundable, and you are committing to a one-year term with the Network.

    • Early termination by the Podcaster does not entitle you to a refund or partial reimbursement.

  8. Promotion and Distribution

    • The Network may promote your podcast on its platforms and marketing materials but does not guarantee specific levels of visibility or engagement.

    • You grant the Network permission to use your podcast's name, logo, and brief excerpts for promotional purposes.

  9. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in the Network's jurisdiction.

  10. Termination of Membership

    • The Network reserves the right to terminate your membership if you breach these terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the Network’s reputation or community.

    • In the event of termination, you retain ownership of your podcast content but lose access to Network benefits and resources.

  11. Amendments to Terms

    • The Network reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with a 30-day notice provided to all members. Continued participation in the Network constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
