Testimonials
When I started working with Rachel, I was suffering from chronic illness and pain. Rachel created a wellness program focusing on strength and mobility to help me overcome the mental and physical barriers that were holding me back from a healthier life. Thanks to Rachel's depth of knowledge about the human body and her understanding of the mind/body connection, I have gained back so many of the activities I previously enjoyed before my illness and continue to see positive results from her teachings. It is safe to say I would not be the active, flexible, and fit person I am today without Rachel's endless passion for her clients and their health journeys. -Sheila R.
Rachel is a strong instructor with a gentle teaching style. Training with Rachel has been a mind and body education. Her depth of knowledge about the body enriches each session. I leave each session with new information and curiosity about my body and what it can do. -Julie S.
Rachel has a special talent for understanding the needs of her clients, and the knowledge and experience to deliver a top-notch wellness experience. She takes a whole-body approach to her training to ensure you will be strong, flexible, and healthy, both mentally and physically. -Ed B.
Movement and Sound for Ease and Support with Rachel Lovitt of Mindful Movement and Living
This session helps bridge the gap between body and mind. We'll begin with gentle movements to release tension, no experience needed. Then, enjoy a sound bath meditation with resonant tones to quiet mental noise and reconnect with yourself. It's about landing softly, so come as you are and leave lighter.
Movement and Sound for Ease and Support with Rachel Lovitt of Mindful Movement and Living
Some days your body is holding things your mind hasn't caught up to yet. This session is designed to help you close that gap โ gently. We'll start with slow, grounding movement to release tension you might not even realize you're carrying. No experience needed, no "right" way to do it. Just your body, moving at your pace. From there, we'll settle into a sound bath meditation โ an immersive experience using resonant tones to quiet the mental noise and bring you back to yourself. This isn't about pushing through. It's about landing somewhere softer. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
