Thank you for sharing how you feel with me. I imagine it feels very difficult, confusing and disconnected to feel dysphoria in your own body. I am here to listen to your experience and support you in any way I can. I can help find and call professionals who might be able to support your journey more holistically. You deserve to feel at home in your body. I love you and want you to feel ease in every way.
