Thank you for sharing all of that with me. I am validating that postpartum is a really fucking hard time, and you most likely don't feel like yourself, let alone a human being. Remember that you're not alone! I'm right here. Always. Do you need help asking for something? Do you need me to send anything? Let's navigate this together and find the support you need. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help and it's important to take care of yourself. You are strong and capable and you will get through this.
