So, how can you use tapping for manifesting the life you want? Here’s what Kristen said:

Tapping helps you start manifesting and also supports manifesting practices you may already have in place. When we manifest we are bringing something that we want to our life through attraction, but if our nervous system is not prepared for what we want, manifesting might not work.

For example, we may be manifesting five new clients in our business, but if our nervous system is not prepared to hold that many clients, they won't come. Our nervous system may be scared of the time management and abundance of money that comes with these clients, so we can tap around those areas to help us feel safe.

Our physical body needs to be ready to hold our manifestations. Tapping on the points while manifesting is a great practice to enable us to embody our manifestations as well. Allowing our body to support what we want only amplifies our manifestations and allows our body to feel like we already have them.
