The mission of strongher is to empower women to embrace their strength, well-being, and vitality. By helping women build muscle, maintain bone health, and fuel their bodies for health and longevity, the unique challenges they face with agingโespecially during times of transitionโare directly addressed.

Iโm a person who has exercised my whole adult life โ yoga, swimming, Pilates. The one thing I have never had an interest in doing was weight training. Just not my thing. Then I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my hip and my doctor recommended weight training. UGH. Until Roberta. Iโve been weight training with her consistently for three months now and feel so much stronger than I thought I was and SO empowered by the small increases in the weights I can handle every few weeks, and obvious increases in my lower body strength. I lead a busy life and was lucky to be naturally thin for most of it. While I love doing yoga and Pilates, Iโve struggled to be consistent. Turning 50, seeing weight in places I never had before and knowing osteoporosis runs in my family, prompted me to seek assistance.
In just three months I feel like a new person. Exercises I couldnโt do, I can now do while holding weights. I am much stronger- I have muscles I can see and am proud of!
