A little about Belinda...
With over 25 years of experience, Belinda has been helping executives enhance business outcomes by leveraging the potential of their teams. Before founding her consulting practice, she served as Head of Coaching at UBS Wealth Management Americas, where she led the wealth management coaching initiative. Prior to UBS, she spent several years at Citigroup as Director of Senior Manager Development, launching the company's first global leadership development program across 103 countries and in 17 languages. She later transitioned to the role of Director of HR Strategy at Citigroup's Global Wealth Management, where she continued driving organizational success. Belinda holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
