Don’t be afraid to ask for dates, details and account numbers
And don’t be afraid to ask for them to be repeated! Get all the information you need!

Hi! Hope you’re having a great day. My name is [Your Name] and I'm calling because I am moving into [new address] on [move-in date]. and need to set up [service]. I’ve looked and it seems like [plan] is best for my needs. Could you confirm that for me? My needs are [tell them about what you’re looking for]. Is there any additional information I need to provide, or any fees associated with account set up? Is there anything else I need to do on my end? Could you please confirm the new service address on my account is [new address]? May I please have a confirmation number or reference for this address change?"
