Testimonials

I came to Nikki as I approached 40 and deeply wanted to gain clarity on my unique, authentic leadership style and identify next steps on my career path all while I was in the throes of a divorce. A lot of coaches feel like just a mouthpiece, not Nikki, she’s the real deal. She’s deeply knowledgeable. Nikki’s ability to offer in depth guidance and tailored advice to people on the spot, real time is truly impressive. I find every conversation I have with her super valuable! Every single thing she brings up and every area we dive into, I learn something new. I've since launched a major passion project, been featured on many podcasts and joined a pivotal think tank in the mental health space. - PF, 42

I feel teary-eyed after this conversion. This has been the most informative and empowering hour I’ve spent in a long time! Nikki has this ability to really understand how many of my talents could transfer into the path I want to take. Her level of confidence in being able to figure it out what to do next was attractive. It feels like this woman can really see my value. As a result of our work together, I was able to successfully pivot from a marketing career into a HR/employee experience role without taking a step back in compensation or role seniority. - ML, 37

In just one session, the tools Nikki provided helped me navigate a very high pressure, career defining situation around major DEI issues at an organization I'd been with for over a decade, since it's founding. I was able to show up to the situation/crisis authentically, operate from my strengths, come out of it with peace of mind and a clear path forward. I've since co-founded my own business with a former colleague that highlights each of our unique strengths while also creating a healthy, inclusive work environment for our whole team to authentically thrive. -GF, 39
