Here’s what to say when you don’t know what to say.


First of all, I want you to take a deep breath and remember that you are strong, brave, and wonderful. Reaching out to a therapist is a huge deal, and I'm so proud of you for putting your mental health first. If you need me to make any calls or do any research, I'm your person! We'll find someone who works well with you, I promise. I am celebrating you for making this brave step in your mental health journey because you are so loved and deserve to feel your best inside and out.
